Thank you so much for the warmth of your welcome and for making our stay at this lovely villa possible. An amazing place, so full of character, but so comfortable and homely. The weather has not be so kind to us this week so we have mostly self-catered, enjoying the ambiance of the villa. Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans votre belle maison ! Thank you !! Séjour merveilleux de 2 semaines en août en famille et entre amis. La maison est idéalement située, à la fois proche du cœur de Collioure mais suffisamment éloignée pour être au calme. Elle est à proximité du sentier côtier à découvrir absolument. La maison est très bien équipée et dégage un art de vivre que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. La literie est très confortable (et nous sommes exigeants), les extérieurs permettent à chacun de trouver son bonheur entre la piscine et les différentes terrasses. Nos hôtes ont été aux petits soins pour nous accompagner dans la découverte de Collioure et faire en sorte de profiter de notre séjour à 100%. Un merci tout spécial à Denis pour sa disponibilité en toutes circonstances ! Nous n’avons qu’une envie, y revenir ☺️

Une villa sur plusieurs niveaux, pente du terrain oblige. C’est ce qui fait son charme. Plein de coins et de recoins pour vous poser où bon vous semble. Une maison ouverte vers l’extérieur, vue sur l’arrière pays et la tour de la Madeloc. Pour profiter de la vue installez-vous sur un des transats de l’espace balcon/terrasse ou bien plus confortablement dans un des fauteuils de la véranda. Quelque soit l’exposition il y a toujours un endroit pour être à l’ombre ou au soleil. Pour l’heure du repas c’est pareil : à l’extérieur petite table juste en surplomb de la piscine, ou plus grande table table à l’ombre. La piscine est très agréable. La maison est bien placée. Suffisamment proche du centre pour tout faire à pied. Avec sa place de parking très appréciable. Pour terminer l’accueil était parfait et la propriétaire très disponible avec des envois de recommandations d’activités, de restaurants, de commerces adaptés.

Spent a lovely two weeks in this beautiful house which was extremely well equipped and very spacious. The patio area and garden with its fantastic pool are wonderful.

Our family of three generations rented this charming house a week in July. We relaxed and enjoyed ourselves, especially in the garden and in the pool. Great house, lots of charm, home shelter, well maintained, very well equipped, nice to cook. Many rooms, both inside and outside. Easy to find your own place when you need some time for yourself. Short distance to the cozy little town, beaches and nice hiking areas. Steep stairs inside, not quite suitable for the youngest and the oldest, but quite ok for other ages. Easy and good communication with the owner of the house. Got good help and tips before we arrived. Quick response, which was very reassuring. We really recommend this house for vacation.

We were 5 couples that shared the house for one week together. Both the house and the small village Collioure were perfect for a vacation. The house is within walking distance to everything you need, beach, restaurants and vineyard. A nice tennis club is also just a few minutes’ drive away. The house worked well for us. The only minor downside was that one couple did not have a double bed and that the stairs inside were quite narrow. Apart from that the house is very good with a very nice common area at the lower floor where kitchen, terrace and pool are very well integrated together. We spend a lot of relaxing time there and we also made a number of dinners together there. Collioure has a nice little market every Sunday and Wednesday with a lot of fresh food to buy.

La maison est idéalement placée, pas trop loin mais pas trop près non plus. Le centre de Collioure et les plages magnifiques sont accessibles en moins de 10 minutes de marche. Pour se garer en voiture, tout est pratique. La maison est spacieuse, organisée sur deux étages et un niveau piscine permettant a chacun de vivre sa vie lorsque l’on est nombreux. Au jardin (piscine) tout est organisé pour cuisiner, manger, bronzer dehors. A noter, une cuisine avec beaucoup de matériel… très utile !! La piscine n’est pas dangereuse pour les enfants pour peu qu’on les surveillent. Et puis il y a toutes les petites attentions comme le mail de la propriétaire qui a sélectionné quelques resto, vignes, chemins a parcourir, pour vous faciliter la vie. Cerise sur le gâteau = réactivité de réponse. En résumé : c’est parfait

We returned to Collioure and the same house after having a magical holiday the previous year. We were not disappointed. The house has such a good ‘feel’ about it and you are definitely staying in someone’s house – it is a very relaxing place with so many different areas to sit whether you want sun or shade, balcony or terrace. The kitchens are so well stocked with beautiful plates and dishes to present food which we loved as we ate in a lot. Yet Collioure has a wealth of fabulous restaurants and bistro’s that we tried and enjoyed and we love Catalan food. A favoured activity was to go to the Poisonnerie in Port Vendres (10 minutes away) and buy fresh fish then go upstairs to have some oysters and a glass of Banyuls. Indulgent but great fun. The pool is so well designed as it caters for young swimmers with a ledge that they can paddle and stand on but also deeper parts so you can dive in and swim in. Caroline, the owner, is great to deal with. It really is the perfect family venue and if we can go back next year we will do so.

La villa est magnifique. La vue du balcon des chambres est imprenable, la piscine est parfaite pour plonger ou pour s’asseoir dans l’eau grâce à son fond avec différentes profondeurs. Possibilité de garer deux voitures ce qui est génial vu le nombre de personnes qui viennent tôt le matin pour visiter Collioure qui est l’une des plus belles petites villes de France. Parfait endroit pour faire des randonnées. Bref il y en a pour tous les goûts: rester dans la piscine, visiter la ville, faire du shopping, faire des randonnées, aller à la plage et bien sûr déguster les vins locaux. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

We had a wonderful time at Caroline’s Collioure domicile. Plenty of extra space to spread out for the four of us, comfortable beds, a very good (downstairs) kitchen and the outside area around the pool was perfect for lazing around in the late summer sun! A short (10min) walk to the village kept us moving… A manageable distance to shops / lunch places and the beach – which is important as parking in town is a real challenge, esp on market days. We would gladly return, and can recommend this friendly house and landlady to all Collioure fans!

This is a beautiful house in a charming port. The house is very well designed with three floors and numerous balconies that allow people to find their own space as well as enjoy the shared lounges and eating areas. The terrace, garden and decked levels enable you to find sun and shade all day long whilst the pool was lovely to swim in and deep enough to dive. Our two girls, 8 & 6 absolutely loved it. The kitchens are really well equipped and there is a lovely ‘feel’ to the house. The decor, furnishings, and artwork all appealed to us and the recommendations (bars and restaurants) made by the owner were excellent. She was great to deal with at all times. Collioure is so lovely too. Laid back, artistic, friendly and the sea was so clean to swim in. We are in the process of booking for next year so I would heartily recommend it to anyone.

Four generations of my family spent a wonderful 2 weeks in this lovely house. We found it to be extremely well equipped, comfortable and clean and appreciated the 2 kitchen spaces and various terraces which gave us places to be quiet or together. Much time was spent on the lower terrace near to the pool and large family kitchen and we made good use of the Weber BBQ and generously sized table there. The 5 bedrooms were comfortable and the colour theme extends to the towels too. The elderly and young need to be careful on the spiral staircases and the walk back from Collioure to the house is steep but not too long. Don’t neglect to visit the fort in the centre of Collioure which at 4 euro each was the bargain of the holiday.

Das Ferienhaus liegt im wunderschönen Städchen Collioure (wohl einer der schönsten Orte der Gegend). Man hat einen fantastischen Blick auf die Ausläufer der Pyrenäen von Terrasse und Balkon. Vom Haus aus ist die Innenstadt und der Hafen ideal in 5-10min zu erreichen (das Auto sollte man nicht benutzen, um in die Stadt zu kommmen). Am Hafen gibt es dutzende Restaurants und in der Stadt jede Menge Läden, in denen man alles finden kann, was das Touristenherz begehrt. Geht man über die Brücke, findet man eine kleine Boulangerie, in der es die besten Croissants gibt; der morgentliche Weg lohnt sich! Von den Stränden in der Nähe können wir den in Paulille empfehlen. Vom Parkplatz kommt man über die frei zugängliche Gartenanlage schnell zu einem wunderschönen Strand: Sonnen, Schwimmen, und Schnorcheln im klaren, türkisblauem Wasser. Das Haus selbst hat die Zimmer verteilt über 3 Etagen. Auch hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Riesiges Wohnzimmer mit Balkon in der mittleren Etage plus ein Bad, eine Küche und ein Schlafzimmer. In der oberen Etage 4 Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. In der unteren Etage haben wir nur die große Küche genutzt, direkt am Ausgang zum Poolbereich. Auf der Terasse dort findet sich immer ein Sonnen- und ein Schattenplatz, je nachdem, was man gerade braucht. Der Pool war ein Highlight für die Kinder. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Telefonversorger “Orange” hatte bei Bauarbeiten die Kabel gekappt, sodass wir erstmal kein Internet hatten. Aber Caroline hat uns schnell Ersatz (UMTS-Router) besorgt und das Problem war gelöst. Für uns war es ein perfekter Urlaub in einem für uns idealen Haus in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Wir waren ganz froh, dass wir Anfang Juni dort waren. Im Juli und August gibt es sicher mehr Touristen. Mein Sohn (12) schaut mir gerade über die Schulter und sagt : “Ich hoffe, Du hinterlässt eine gute Kritik; das Haus war erste Sahne”.

We rented this house for a week of birthday anniversary celebration with our family: 10 adults, one child and 2 infants. We had a wonderful stay. The pool is clean and lovely, the house is very charming and roomy, and the house is situated near Collioure center and beaches. We would love to return.

Our party consisted of 3 generations of our family – grandparents, parents and 4 grandchildren aged from 5 to 15 years. This charming house was perfect for this mix of families and ages and it was well stocked with all the furniture and equipment to make our stay a very comfortable and enjoyable one. The pool area, terrace and patio dining facility were excellent and were used extensively. The spiral staircase was not a problem for us, but parents with small toddlers, or very infirm people, might wish to exercise care when using them. In fairness, you can access the pool terrace etc. by a pathway from the front door round the side of the house. The location of the house is excellent for easy access to this very popular village by foot or for excursions to investigate this charming and interesting area. We did not find car parking a problem (with 3 cars). Though there is space for 2 cars in the driveway, we did not find it a problem to either park on street or in the stadium car park opposite. Mm. Roumagnac and her agent in Collioure were very helpful before and during our stay and made it a very enjoyable and stress-free one. We all thoroughly enjoyed our memorable holiday in Collioure and are happy to recommend this house to other families.

It’s a fantastic house to spend the vacation at! We were two families with two children each, and we had enough space to relax, have some privacy, and also to come together all of us to eat and such. The pool was lovely. Caroline and Nathalie responded quickly to any questions we had in the beginning, we felt safe. The only thing we can mention is that it can blow quite strongly, we had to clear away the umbrellas. We can highly recommend the house.

Très agréable maison très bien agencée et équipée, situation idéale à moins de 10mn à pieds du centre de Collioure avec une jolie vue sur le massif des Albères. Accueil très sympathique et location conforme au descriptif. Un conseil, ne ratez pas la promenade de Collioure au Racou par le sentier du littoral, tracé un peu mouvementé mais superbes vues (départ à 200m de la maison)

Nous avons passé des belles vacances avec deux familles dans la maison. La maison est bien équipée, aussi pour les enfants: lits, babyphone, chaises etc. Pas de problème de rester dans la maison pour les dodo’s des petits, parce qu’il y a plein de lecture, la piscine, les terrasses, une belle vue et un atmosphère bien. Pas de problème non plus si on a besoin de quelque chose, pour nous par exemple la locataire a spécialement pris soin d’une barrière filet de sécurité pour le lit pour notre enfant. Très gentille!

During our booking Caroline was more than helpful an answered all our questions quickly and accurate. We immediately felt welcome. When we arrived we were met by Nathalie who showed us the house and gave us all the information we needed. Since this was not our first stay in Collioure we did not need her to tell us much other than the rules of the property. The property was clean and well tended. We were met by a complimentary bottle off local wine and some groceries to help us through the first night. The pool, while not a pool for training, more than suited us. It were in use most of the day and evening and both kids (youngest 11) and adults (oldest 72) enjoyed it. The overall feel of the property is a relaxing one. Although not far from the city “centre” the garden with the pool transports you to a relaxing paradise. Bear in mind that some afternoons might be really windy. We would recommend this to anyone!

Maison vaste, lumineuse, plus qu’agréable, une vue splendide, belle exposition… parfait pour des vacances, ça tombe bien , c’est le service qu’elle propose… Pas de soucis de stationnement pour accéder au village, on peut s’y rendre pédibus… et ça n’est pas un mince avantage… L’accueil est chaleureux de surcroit. Voilà bien assez pour en garder un joli souvenir.

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house. It was an ideal location for our party of two families celebrating a special birthday! The house is in a superb location a few minutes walk from lovely Collioure, it is very spacious and equipped to the highest standard and the biggest difficulty is leaving the beautiful pool, gardens and stunning views. There is a lovely atmosphere in the house and we have wonderful memories of our very special holiday.

The property was absolutely as described and even more pleasing to see than expected. The pool and terrace area were fantastic, there is so much space for everybody to relax and soak up the lovely sunshine. The views too are stunning from this secluded haven. With 10 minutes walk to town we enjoyed breakfasts of fresh fruits and pastries each morning. Collioure is a beautiful town with so much to do and see. There was an abundance of information in the villa about the villa and surrounding area. Would recommend this property anybody, we would love to be back there now.
