The villa and the pool are yours
With family or friends, the villa is ideal for up to 12 people who will choose one of the 6 bedrooms. All generations find their happiness here. Small, well-behaved dogs are also welcome ?
Park your car, motorbike or bicycle in the villa car park and open the sliding door to discover the small enclosed garden at the main entrance. Thanks to a second door on the car park, you can also go to the swimming pool garden. This access is very practical for returning from the beach or entertaining friends by the pool without having to cross the house!
Whether you decide to enter through one door or the other, you arrive in the two reception areas with lounges, dining rooms, kitchens and terraces. This is what all our visitors appreciate so much about us: varied spaces to enjoy holidays, and invent their own way of being together.
Inside, a spiral staircase serves the 3 levels:
- At ground level, one enters a vast space with a spectacular view of the hills of Collioure. It is extended by a pleasant terrace to take in the southern air and enjoy the panorama, which is also very practical for keeping in touch with those who enjoy the swimming pool in the garden. The living room, dining room and kitchen combine to make life easier. A bedroom that opens onto the enclosed garden, an office or bedroom next to the living room and a shower room with toilet offer possibilities for settling all.
It’s perfect so that each and everyone can live at their own pace without feeling excluded!
- downstairs, at the pool garden level, a bathroom with toilet allows you to shower after returning from the beach or as soon as you wake up before a splash in the pool. A living room and a dining room open onto the terrace which overlooks the swimming pool. The separate kitchen opens onto the bodega terrace area under the pergola. The swimming pool is a little lower, behind a wrought iron railing from Collioure.
It is the place of conviviality, large tables, grills, pool baths and memorable siestas.
- at the very top, the sleeping area is distributed by a vestibule with the 4 bedrooms, a separate toilet and the bathroom with an original shower because it is double! Access to a terrace by the rooms which are to the south. Another outdoor space to admire the stars, breathe the Mediterranean air, and even watch the sun rise over the sea.
It is one more space to rest, dream or do your yoga.
And when the desire to go and enjoy Collioure emerges, the proximity of shops, 4 beaches, walking paths, and restaurants make life easier, not to mention the market… all of this less than 10 minutes away on foot!!

Our new and vintage equipment is locally, French and European made. The changing climate threatens our beautiful region, so we have sought solutions without sacrificing comfort and design. Generous shower heads with gentle rain for the pleasure of washing without pumping more than 20L/min of water into endangered reserves. Wooden shutters and latest generation windows that protect from the heat. Efficient reversible air conditioning to limit energy consumption. An insert to enjoy the fire and heat while consuming less wood and without polluting the air. Furniture and heirlooms from all eras, accessories and utensils from here and sometimes a little damaged…
It is a state of mind that we propose to share with you.
We have put all our ? into it so that every moment rhymes with pleasure while preserving our magnificent environment.
6 bedrooms, with air conditioning
Ground level: One or two bedrooms depending on the needs of the tribe, the panoramic double with its 160×200 bed and its access to the enclosed garden and the office cabinet of curiosities which can also be a double bedroom with two 90×200.
Upstairs: a sleeping area well organized around a vestibule, with 4 eclectic bedrooms.
The 14m2 blue double room with a 160×200 bed, sea and mountain views and access to the terrace, perfect for a couple who like double exposure.
The more intimate double alcove room of 10m2 with its 140×200 bed, also designated as that of lovers, with a view of the Albères massif and access to the terrace
The 11m2 triple room with 3 80×190 beds, and access to the terrace under the pergola, often reserved for the youngest.
The rose double room of 16m2 with 2 90×200 beds, its old-fashioned sink area, and its view of the sea, completes the choice of possibilities.
In each room, a different atmosphere, comfortable beds, recent windows that open onto unobstructed views and access to terraces and Catalan wooden shutters. And for even more comfort, a thermostat for adjusting the temperature per room which even indicates the day’s weather!
3 refurbished bathrooms to preserve precious water
Ground level: The pleasure of a generous rain shower that can accommodate a seat for more comfort and safety with the hand shower in a wide space. A washbasin with an original french mixer tap, and a double mirrored doors furniture that incorporates two sockets, beautiful LED lighting with dimmer to decide the amount of light according to your mood. The chrome radiator acts as a stylish screen wall by separating the toilet area and its matching, cute washbasin.
First Floor: Have you ever tried the comfortable and fun shower for two? With our double shower, here is the opportunity, with on the left, the large rain shower head and on the right the corner to land with the small bench and its hand shower. The two sinks with french designer mixer taps are topped with well-lit LED mirrors. The latest generation wall cabinet with two sockets and touch switch, equipped with mirrors also inside the doors to increase the desire to see each other. The rose double bedroom has an equally beautiful additional sink area with its chrome siphon.
Pool garden level: In an alcove, another beautiful large shower to vary the possibilities. The Klein blue washbasin cabinet on a terracota wall background announces the color of the beautiful days of the south.
Our « little corners » as we say in french, with great performance Because it’s important and because we all go there more or less often with our small and big expectations, the 3 toilets have been designed to save water (the small flush is already powerful and sufficient), and they are all equipped with a trigger sprayer as it is a tradition all around the Mediterranean! Feel free to try this cold water jet with multiple benefits ?
The washing machine is in the ground floor kitchen very close to the drying rack on the balcony. The best tumble dryer is there in the fresh air of the south with various programs: the Tramontana, the Migjorn, the Marinade and the sun!
2 dining areas with fully equipped kitchens, lounges and terraces
Ground level: Open to the dining room and the living room, this kitchen has a beautiful sink and its shower mixer, both new, a 5-burner gas hob, a multifunction oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and everything you need for meals for up to 6 people around the pretty designer round table.
You can also have lunch or coffee on the terrace. The living room with its famous Togo sofas is ideal for sitting next to it enjoying the view. Very practical so that some of you can manage their meals at their own pace.
Pool garden level : Open onto the bodega terrace overlooking the pool, this kitchen is designed for meals for more than 10 people with its Smeg 6-burner gas stove and giant oven. The granite worktops and the flush sink with its spray mixer are perfect for all preparations. We have thought of everything so that the cooking of beginners or more expert chefs is simple and practical.
Whether you sit around the high tables of the bodega which can be modulated for 8/9 in aperitif tapas mode, or around a table that can go up to 12, mealtimes are to be invented according to your wishes. The nearby lounge areas, indoors/outdoors invite you to relax.
The swimming pool
The swimming pool is well secured by a fence made to measure by the Collioure ironworker, with two standard gates. The basin with its original shape, measures approximately 9 x 5 meters. On one side, the the bench submerged at a shallow depth allows you to sit in the water, then the slope goes down to more than 2 m, which allows for memorable jumping and diving competitions!
It is equipped with a small floating device that measures the quality of the water continuously and allows Denis to better manage the products to be added, without waste or excess. He is the one who does the maintenance himself, so that your holiday is one of total relaxation.
Around the swimming pool, the palm tree and the olive tree planted by my grandfather complete the ideal setting for your souvenir photos. In the evening, everything can light up to add a glamorous touch and why not, a midnight swim!
To park
Our private car park allows you to park one or two cars, 5 or 6 motorcycles, 10 to 12 bicycles and attach them to a wall ring. It is also possible to bring kids vehicles into the tiny enclosed garden in front of the villa. The village is a limited space, and was created when so long ago that not all the cars can fit in. If you come by train or by bike, which remains the most ecological, you will have a surprise!

Continuing to sort waste is good! But how many liters of water for a shower? And every trip to the toilet? And the electricity consumption? Is it possible to buy more local products?
Don’t want to think about it when escaping from everyday life and its constraints? We have thought about it for you, so that relaxation is total ?
We have aimed for the demanding criteria of the European Ecolabel for the renovation of the villa. Not always easy but the climate does not wait! When possible, we have favored local purchases to limit transport and have chosen quality companies. Our craftsmen work with A+ products and are all nearby. Arrival from 4 p.m. and departure no later than 10 a.m.
Payment by bank transfer or credit card
50% upon reservation and the balance 30 days before arrival
Cancelation
Signing the contract binds both parties irrevocably.
Our tenants appreciate being reassured once the reservation has been paid for. This is why our contract commits us to this point. But in case of a hard blow, it is always possible to talk to each other.
