You can also decide to go and settle down in the charming swimming pool garden located below, with its bodega area. This is where another living area, with a dining room and a second kitchen, opens up new perspectives !
This is what all our visitors love about us: an open plan space to relax in, with a CinemaScope view that makes you forget all about the screens.
A nice cosy room that opens onto the enclosed garden and a bathroom with toilet offer the comfort to enjoy the space.

Our new and vintage equipment is locally, French and European made. The changing climate threatens our beautiful region, so we sought solutions without sacrificing comfort and design. A generous shower head with a gentle rainfall for the pleasure of washing without pumping more than 20 ltr/min of water into endangered reserves. Wooden shutters and latest generation windows that protect from the heat. Efficient reversible air conditioning to limit energy consumption. An insert to enjoy the fire and heat while consuming less wood and without polluting the air. Quality furniture and family heirlooms from all eras, accessories and utensils that are very local and sometimes even a little damaged…
It is a state of mind that we propose to share with you.
We have put all our effort into it ? so that each moment rhymes with pleasure while preserving our magnificent environment.
1 large cosy double bedroom
This 15m2 room with its 160×200 bed and two French windows on the enclosed garden, respects the pure tradition of the beautiful bedroom in an intimate style.
Sleep well in the quiet and in the morning, open the French window to breathe the air of the garden and fold the wooden shutters.
It has character, a comfortable bed, recent windows and shutters.
2 bathroom refurbished to preserve precious water
In the first one : The pleasure of a generous rain shower in an 80×120 space, which can also accommodate a seat for greater comfort and safety with the hand shower.
A large designer washbasin with an original mixer tap designed and manufactured in France by Horus, a living heritage company.
A beautiful cabinet with double mirrored doors and two integrated sockets. Its soft side LED lighting with dimmer to decide the amount of light according to the mood and its interior mirrors are practical to play with your reflection.
Promised, a perfect moment to take care of yourself.
The chrome radiator acts as a stylish screen wall by separating the toilet area and its matching, cute washbasin.
In the second one, located at the garden level : in an alcove, a beautiful shower space 90×120 and a blue Klein basin on a Terracotta wall.
Our little corner with great performances : because it is important and because we all go there more or less often with our little and great expectations, the toilets have been thought to save water (the small flush is already powerful and sufficient), and they are equipped with a shower with trigger because it is a tradition all around the Mediterranean! Feel free to try this cold water jet with its multiple advantages ?
The washing machine is in the kitchen very close to the clothesline designed to measure by the Collioure ironmonger on the balcony. The best tumble dryer is there in the fresh air of the south with various programs: the Tramontana, the Migjorn, the Marinade and the sun!
2 dining areas with a fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms and terraces
Open to the dining room and the living room, a first kitchen has a beautiful Franke sink under the large window with its two-jet shower mixer tap, both new. A 5-burner gas hob, a Sauter multifunction oven and a microwave provide cooking opportunities in all seasons. A dishwasher and a fridge-freezer are there to ensure that everything you need is available for meals for up to 6 people around the pretty round Knoll table.
You can also have lunch or coffee on the terrace.
And the living room with its fireplace, the splendid view, the large connected Sony TV screen and its fancy Togo sofas, adapts to all desires!
With its splendid view, this bright and well-equipped 60m2 living space is so easy to live in with its 15m2 balcony terrace, that relaxation is immediate.
Pool garden level: a second space of 45m2 that opens onto the terrace under the olive tree, with a large kitchen open to the bodega. A living room with large benches suitable for reading, with dining tables that also allow to play !
To park
Our private car park allows you to park one or two cars, but also motorbikes or bicycles and to attach them to a wall ring.
It is also possible to bring kids vehicles into the tiny enclosed garden in front of the villa.
If you come by train or by bike, which remains the most ecological, you will have a surprise!

Continuing to sort waste is good! But how many liters of water does a shower use? And every trip to the toilet? And the electricity consumption? Is it possible to buy more local products?

We have aimed for the demanding criteria of the European Ecolabel for the renovation of the villa. Not always easy but the climate does not wait!
When possible, we have favored local purchases to limit transport and have chosen quality companies. Our craftsmen work with A+ products and are all nearby.

The price includes bed linen and towels, internet, water and electricity, our advice and attentions to discover on the spot ?
Dog accepted (10 kg. max) : 10€/dog/night including two bowls and a blanket.

Payment by bank transfer or credit card.
50% upon reservation and the balance 30 days before arrival
Cancelation
Signing the contract binds both parties irrevocably.
Our tenants appreciate the reassurance that comes with a paid reservation. This is why our contract commits us to this point. But in case of a hard blow, it is always possible to talk to each other.
