Your rental contract
In the confirmation email you will receive a rental contract will be attached. You will have to send it back to us completed and signed. Your vacations will be booked !
Payment of the down payment :
By bank transfer
In the rental contract, you will find our bank details to send us the down payment within 10 days.
You have already paid by credit card
As soon as we have accepted your reservation (within 24 hours), the amount of your down payment will be debited from your account.
30 days earlier
Payment of the balance
A reminder message will be sent to you for the payment of the balance (see Article 6 of our rental contract) and we will organize your reception as soon as we receive it.
By bank transfer
Use our bank details on your rental contract to send us the rest of the payment.
By credit card
A link for payment by “credit card” will be sent to you by email with the amount of the balance to be paid.
For your information, all our online payments are made via Stripe.

Your arrival at our place
During the inventory of fixtures that we will make together, we will make you the presentation of the property. Two sets of keys will be provided to you as well as all the elements you might need.
Un chèque de caution de 1.500€ (non encaissé) vous sera demandé (voir Article 7 de notre contrat de location). Il vous sera restitué après l’état des lieux de sortie.
